From the USA & Canada

St. Thomas, USVI (STT) is the most popular gateway. From there, you’ll take a ferry to Tortola—approximately a 50-minute crossing. We recommend arriving in St. Thomas by 3:00pm to catch the final ferry, which departs Charlotte Amalie at 5:30pm and arrives in Road Harbour at 6:30pm.

Alternatively, you may route through San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) and connect onward to Beef Island Airport, Tortola (EIS). Direct flights from SJU to EIS are available with InterCaribbean, Silver Airways, and Cape Air. Taxi transfers from EIS can be arranged. American Airlines has also reintroduced a daily Miami–EIS flight.

From Europe

Common routing points include Antigua (ANU), Barbados (BGI), and St. Martin (SXM), with onward flights to Beef Island (EIS) via InterCaribbean, Winair, Caribbean Airlines, VI Airlink, or LIAT. Travelers may also route through the US, using the Miami–EIS American Airlines service.
